Mrs. Yvette V. Thomas has over thirteen years experience in the health and social care sector and holds

RMA Registered Manager Award Level 4

BTEC Level 7 Diploma in Management

She is a qualified Trainer in most aspects of care, specialising in Dementia and Learning Disabilities, Conflict Management, Safeguarding Adults, Mental Capacity Act and End of Life, Medication & First Aid, Care Planning and Risk Assessment and also Recruitment.

The Manager's role is to implement care packages, including allocation of care workers and to ensure that the person using our service receives continuity of care. They will ensure our Service Users are fully updated about any changes in their care provision.

The Deputy Manager has over seven years experience in the health and social care sector and holds
NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care - BSc Psychology
