Our Staff

Every staff member within Restoration receives recognised care sector training and qualifications, complemented by continual employee training and development.

We never forget that to our residents our Home is their Home. We work hard at creating a community that continues to enjoy life and the company of others. Other providers can show you larger homes and more modern premises but they cannot capture the homely feel so evident in our Homes.

Each member of staff has been chosen based on their abilities to work with our residents in a supportive and sympathetic manner. Prior to joining, all our staff are vetted through the Disclosure and Barring Service and a stringent reference process. Once each member is part of the team, the work starts to provide the level of training to support them in their work as an effective carer.

Outside our care team we have both housekeeping and maintenance who work tirelessly to keep the home (and our residents!) looking good. Whilst we encourage as much independence amongst our residents as possible, our staff are always on hand to assist with all personal duties if required.
